Terms of Service

Axon Crew provides an AI chat agent that routes your requests to Claude Sonnet or DeepSeek depending on your plan, with persistent memory and credit-based usage. Features vary by plan - see our pricing page for current details.

You need an account to use the Service. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

• Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance via Stripe.
• Each plan includes a fixed monthly credit allowance; different actions (chat, web search, image generation) cost different amounts of credits, shown before you use them.
• Unused credits don't roll over to the next billing period.
• If you run out of credits, the Service will tell you clearly instead of failing silently - you can upgrade your plan or wait for the next cycle.
• We may change plan pricing going forward; we won't change what you've already paid for retroactively.

You can cancel anytime by contacting us - we don't run a retention flow or make it hard to leave. Cancelling stops future billing.

All payments are final. Once a payment is processed, it is non-refundable, including for partial or unused billing periods, except where a refund is required by law in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything illegal, or to generate content that harasses, defrauds, or endangers others.
• Attempt to circumvent credit metering, rate limits, or plan restrictions.
• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or resell access to the underlying AI models through the Service.
• Interfere with the Service's infrastructure or attempt unauthorized access to other accounts.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

You retain ownership of what you send to and receive from your agent. You're responsible for having the right to submit any content you send, and for how you use any output. We claim no ownership over your conversations.

Responses are generated by third-party AI models and can be incorrect, incomplete, or misleading. Don't treat agent output as professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise), and verify anything important before relying on or acting on it. You're responsible for how you use the Service's output.

We don't currently offer a formal uptime SLA. We aim to keep the Service running reliably, but it may be unavailable at times for maintenance, provider outages (Anthropic, DeepSeek, Stripe), or issues outside our control.

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axon Crew isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

You can stop using the Service and close your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do; continued use after a change means you accept the update.

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be added], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
